Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and playmodsapk ("playmodsapk," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the playmodsapk website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the playmodsapk Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Eligibility

To be eligible to use the playmodsapk Platform, you must also satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so would be illegal.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of playmodsapk, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the playmodsapk Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

playmodsapk reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of playmodsapk services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number or email address.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the playmodsapk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify playmodsapk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. playmodsapk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

playmodsapk may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing compliance obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Deposits & Withdrawals

playmodsapk supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. playmodsapk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested.
• playmodsapk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

playmodsapk reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

playmodsapk offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus terms apply to all playmodsapk promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period, typically 7–30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: playmodsapk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of software errors.

playmodsapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred between accounts.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the playmodsapk Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by playmodsapk or any third party. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on playmodsapk's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative. playmodsapk shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors on the player's device, including but not limited to connectivity issues, browser errors, or device malfunctions.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before completion, playmodsapk will endeavor to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playmodsapk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the playmodsapk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of playmodsapk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the playmodsapk Platform without the prior written consent of playmodsapk. Unauthorized use of playmodsapk's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playmodsapk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

playmodsapk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your playmodsapk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

playmodsapk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Responsible Gaming

playmodsapk provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your playmodsapk account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your playmodsapk account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Account Suspension & Closure

playmodsapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.
• Conduct that playmodsapk reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, playmodsapk reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as at the player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

playmodsapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, playmodsapk will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, playmodsapk may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the playmodsapk Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

playmodsapk operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
